Yoko is a main protagonist from the spinoff game Resident Evil:Outbreak. She is a former employee of Umbrella at the Raccoon City lab but due to an operation by one of its researchers, Greg, it suppressed her memory of an experiment where her she offered a blood sample for tyrant research then relieved of her duty. Now she and other survivors try to make their escape from the city during the initial outbreak.

She is young in appearance at 20 years old having short black hair and gray eyes. She wears casual clothing being a black top under a green jacket with blue jeans and shoes. She also carries a black backpack.

Her skills lean more toward being quite the analyst, having good computer knowledge given her former profession. Her assistance with the other survivors means she can carry more supplies than other people if they need it.
