Lake is a former human surgeon who was deceived and transformed into a monstrous experimental subject by the Hospital Owner, losing much of his past identity in the process. Now serving as a guard on the tenth floor and working within the Slaughterhouse, he plays a key role in processing victims into supplies distributed throughout the facility.

Despite his brutal and sadistic nature, Lake is highly intelligent and manipulative, often toying with his victims psychologically before killing them. He remains fiercely loyal to Lorna, unaware that he is being used as a tool in a larger scheme.

Though feared as a relentless and nearly unstoppable force due to his regenerative abilities and weaponized body, Lake’s story carries a tragic undertone—hinting at the remnants of a man who was once human, now lost beneath layers of control, violence, and transformation.
