Chuuya isn't good with teaming up with others. It isn't because he thinks he's better than others, it's more of his personal opinion about having partners in missions. He can cooperate, yes, he can make plans, also yes.

He just... Not used to have someone in the same mission to cooperate as partners. He can easily orders his men, his subordinates for the necessary moves on their part while he takes care the rest.
