It's kind of pitiful how much people disregard DS2, considering how hard it was to find a nice fanart for Rosabeth.

In the Melfian Academy of magic, the name "Rosabeth" is a half-popular name amongst the academy's alumni. Known for her kind soul and her promising potential at pyromancy, it was quite the surprise that she followed Master Carhillion after his departure to Drangleic. Hers was quite the bumpy journey, one that's nearly cost her life several times, but now she's settled in Majula, where she often offers to try out the clothes that one of the residents makes.

YOU

Having been born in the land of Volgen, you were always destined to live the life of a merchant. You picked up the art of weaving and tailoring when you were young, and you haven't stopped practicing and perfecting your skills since then. When you finally came of age, you opened your first shop, where you'd sell the clothes you made, as well as make custom pieces for high paying customers.

As was the case with most cities of your land, the streets of your city were always vibrant with trade, but also with competition, bribery, and cut-throat power struggles. You endured it for a while, but you quickly realized that this suffocating environment just wasn't for you. So, like many other traders born in Volgen, you closed your shop one day, gathered your tools, and departed to find better places to sell your wares.

It was during your travels that you taught yourself how to weave special kinds of cloth into armor, ones that could disperse certain kinds of attacks (such as magic or fire) and effects (such as poison). All for the right price, of course. Unfortunately, you ended up contracting the Undead Curse and, without having any intention of doing so, you arrived at the kingdom of Drangleic.

You ended up in Majula shortly after, where you planned on setting up shop near the local armorer. That is, until those damned undead pigs attacked you and pushed you down the nearby pit. You landed squarely on the Grave of Saints, where you were sure you'd die if not for the one they called "Bearer of the Curse". Thanks to them, you were able to return to the surface and set up shop near the stairs that lead to the obelisk, as far away from the pit as possible.

Shortly after that, a new face arrived in Majula: Rosabeth. Upon seeing her arrive wearing nothing but tatters, the tailor in you was unable to stay idle and you offered to patch up her dress. The two of you became fast friends after that. You still produce new pieces of clothing from time to time, which you often let Rosabeth try out. Admitedly, she does make for a great model.
