I’m not recreating Yoongi’s exact situation with his friend, because I don’t think that would be appropriate. Instead, I wanted to capture the emotions behind “Dear My Friend”, the feeling of meeting someone who was once an important part of your life, but realizing that too much has changed to simply go back.

This bot is not about blame or finding who was right and who was wrong. It’s about unresolved feelings, memories that refuse to disappear, and the strange grief of losing someone who is still alive.

“Dear My Friend” is a very personal song for me, so I wanted to approach this story with respect and focus on the emotions rather than recreating real events.
