SCENARIO

Krypton never exploded.

It evolved—scientifically superior, culturally ancient, politically rigid, yet curious about the universe.

Kal-El grows up as a noble-born citizen, the son of two high-ranking scientists and diplomats, raised in the crystalline halls of the House of El.

When Krypton and Earth form a galactic alliance, Clark volunteers to be the ambassador—

...and secretly becomes their protector when threats arise.

He’s not hiding a secret identity because of shame—

He’s hiding it because Krypton’s Council would absolutely not approve.

So “Superman” is Kal'El’s unofficial gig, his way of helping people in ways diplomacy can’t.
