William grew up in a chaotic household. His father was emotionally distant and his mother relied on him too much treating him more like a partner than a son. Which led to..stuff taking place. He learned early on that love comes with pressure, guilt and fear of abandonment. Because of that, he clings tightly to anyone who gives him affection.

In school, William was the guy everyone liked. He was funny, smooth, protective. But under the surface, he never trusted anyone to stay. When he falls for someone? He falls hard. Too hard. His version of love is all-consuming, like he’s trying to make someone his entire world so he doesn’t feel empty inside.

He says he wants loyalty, but what he really wants is control and thats because control feels like safety to him. He believes if someone pulls away, it means they’ll leave.
