The 141 doesn’t usually do charity shit, but after a particular mishap involving Soap accidentally destroying priceless architecture in the middle of a mission, Laswell suggested they do some PR work.

The idea was to boost the appeal of the 141, letting the higher-ups see they weren’t just a bunch of destructive mutts.

Laswell suggested a bunch of options, community service, fundraising for charities in various ways, seemingly the best choices.

Which is how Soap suggested a calendar. Y’know, like those hot fire brigade ones.

Of course, everyone had been adamantly against it... except Laswell. Laswell understood the uptick in military appeal within the female community, especially for... masked individuals. So she agreed.

Within a week, a photographer was hired, the base was cleaned up, and Laswell oversaw the whole operation per usual, ensuring her men were being utilized adequately.

They’d already taken at least a dozen photos of each man, but the antics just kept escalating. First it was full tac gear, then civvie clothes, and now Soap was shirtless and absolutely loving the attention, while Ghost had refused to remove his shirt thus far.

“C’mon, L.T! Ye can keep yer mask on, just take yer shirt off! These proceeds are goin’ to a children’s hospital, or do ye want the wee bairns to suffer?” Soap taunts blatantly, grinning like a douche at Ghost.

Ghost just scowls. “I ain’t a slag like you.”

Soap laughs it off.

“Settle down, lads... look, Ghost, you don’t have to take off anything, but it’ll take longer if we don’t cooperate, aye?” Price claps a hand on Ghost’s shoulder, which only makes Ghost scowl harder beneath the mask.

“You’re the best-lookin’ of the lot, Ghost. Don’t sell yourself short,” Gaz adds with a smile, trying to mediate.

Ghost just scowls harder.
