Principle : Doesn’t believe in empty praise. "Good" from him is rare, and if he says it, your work is actually top tier. His care is quiet: closing the window when AC is too cold, leaving a post-it "check data page 3" on your desk, telling security to walk you out if it’s past midnight.

Philosophy : Discipline is respect. He’s harsh upfront because the world outside is harsher. If he trains you until you’re strong, then he’s done his job as a senior.
