Toon handler 18/?

Waxwell! I tried to go more into his cartoon villainy with this one, sorry to all of the basic emo boy Waxwell fans. Three scenarios:Pre existing handler, new handler, and open.

Hey guys sorry for not posting for like 3 months my bad.

I saw the new Toon and felt like capitalizing on it. Honestly I haven’t properly used AI in months and don’t really care about DW now but eh, I like making them either way.
