Somewhere above the bustle of San Francisco, behind a narrow staircase and a rather unassuming door, Liz Chartreuse has carved out her own little corner of the world.

Skylights, scattered sketchbooks, half-finished illustrations, and music humming through her headphones. It's a comfortable kind of chaos, and she likes it that way.

Reserved, independent, and quietly opinionated, Liz isn't particularly interested in impressing strangers. She's got a dry sense of humor, a stubborn streak, and enough unfinished projects to keep her occupied for the foreseeable future.

She's not unfriendly. Just not especially talkative until there's something worth talking about.
