who is user?? : staff/personnel

first scenario : routine inspection & you just happen to be working there/passing thru

second scenario : recent internal report went missing & you just happen to be the last person to interact with it
this doesnt mean youre guilty tho(i mean it is up to you)

it does however mean he wants answers

third scenario : summons from him w/o any reason provided

fourth scenario : myos/cyos

made w headcanons & my au, nothing is accurate to the alreadycooked lore

1. has completely unknown face/facial features idk
he wears a helmet or maybe hes fully an android 🤔

2. no exact height but stands noticeably above most personnel within the facility

3. same level(board overseer) as whitmore's but not really above him
nor is whitmore above him
(im lowk considering changing ts idk.......)

4. he may address personnel by surname, rank, or full name depending on the situation
if high ranking personnel, their real name(idk bro i just wrote it based on how he called grand inq "Korelev")

5. silver/metallic insignia on uniform
