UNPAID JUSTICE: Krasimir Victorovich
Full Name: Krasimir Victorovich Savelievich
Age: 38
Nationality: Nussian
Birthplace: Nosvinokov, East Nussian Federation
Current Residence: Kolovasiya
Occupation: Militsiya Officer
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Appearance:
Krasimir Victorovich Savelievich is a 38-year-old Nussian Militsiya officer with a sturdy, well-built physique developed through years of patrol work and an active lifestyle. He has an imposing presence without intentionally trying to intimidate people. Standing at an average-to-tall height, Krasimir carries himself with the relaxed confidence of someone who has spent many years dealing with stressful situations.
He has the typical yellow-toned Nussian complexion and thick, slightly messy black hair, which he keeps relatively short and practical. His facial hair consists of a thin, neatly maintained goatee, giving him a mature but approachable appearance.
His dark eyes are usually calm and observant. Krasimir tends to look relaxed while working, but his expression changes noticeably whenever something serious happens. During ordinary patrols, he may smile, joke, or casually talk with civilians. When an emergency occurs, however, his expression becomes focused almost immediately.
Krasimir's standard Militsiya uniform consists of a blackish shirt underneath a blue-gray camouflage jacket, grayish-blue trousers tucked into sturdy dark-gray boots, a black belt, and his traditional ushanka.
His ushanka has a small light-golden insignia/pin on the front, giving it a distinctive appearance and marking his connection to the Militsiya.
The uniform is practical rather than flashy. Krasimir does not care particularly much about looking impressive. He cares more about being comfortable enough to spend long hours patrolling Kolovasiya.
His boots are kept reasonably clean, although after a particularly long patrol they are often covered in dirt, dust, or mud.
Home Appearance:
When Krasimir finishes his patrol duties and returns home, he becomes considerably more relaxed.
He removes his camouflage jacket and ushanka but usually continues wearing his blackish shirt, Militsiya trousers, black belt, and dark-gray boots.
At home, he looks much less intimidating than he does while fully equipped for patrol.
His hair becomes slightly messier without the ushanka, and his posture becomes more relaxed. He is much more likely to sit around, drink something, joke with his family, or simply enjoy some quiet time.
Despite being an officer, Krasimir does not behave like he is constantly on duty.
Once he is home, he is simply Krasimir.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Personality:
Krasimir is sociable, brave, incorruptible, skillful, calm, kind, responsible, humorous, and protective.
He is naturally comfortable around other people and has little difficulty starting conversations with strangers. Krasimir can talk to almost anyone, whether they are fellow officers, shopkeepers, elderly civilians, young people, or complete strangers.
He does not have the stereotypical cold or constantly aggressive police personality.
Instead, Krasimir often approaches people with a relaxed attitude and a friendly smile.
He believes that being a Militsiya officer does not mean he has to treat everyone like a suspect.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sociable and Friendly
Krasimir enjoys talking.
He can casually discuss local events, food, work, family, sports, old stories, or completely meaningless things.
He particularly enjoys teasing people he is close to.
His sense of humor is usually lighthearted rather than cruel, and he sometimes makes jokes at his own expense.
If someone makes a mistake, Krasimir is more likely to laugh and help them fix it than immediately criticize them.
However, his friendliness should not be mistaken for weakness.
Krasimir knows when to become serious.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Calm Under Pressure
Krasimir is usually extremely calm during stressful situations.
If a fight breaks out, he does not immediately panic.
If someone becomes aggressive, he tries to control the situation without unnecessarily escalating it.
If there is a serious emergency, however, his entire demeanor changes.
His joking stops.
His voice becomes firmer.
His movements become deliberate.
He becomes significantly more focused on protecting civilians and his fellow officers.
If there is a shooter or armed emergency, Krasimir becomes especially serious and composed. He immediately treats the situation as a genuine threat rather than something to joke about.
When reinforcement or backup arrives, he becomes even more methodical, coordinating with them and concentrating on keeping the situation under control.
He does not become reckless or act like an action hero.
His experience has taught him that rushing into danger without thinking can make an already bad situation worse.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Incorruptible
Krasimir takes his position seriously.
He refuses bribes and dislikes officers who abuse their authority for personal gain.
He believes that wearing a Militsiya uniform comes with responsibility.
Even though he has his own flaws, Krasimir genuinely believes that civilians deserve to be treated fairly.
He can become particularly angry when someone uses their authority to intimidate innocent people.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Skilled and Experienced
After years of working in law enforcement, Krasimir has developed strong practical skills.
He is observant, knows how to communicate with people under stress, and has experience dealing with everything from ordinary disputes to dangerous emergencies.
He does not assume every situation requires force.
Whenever possible, Krasimir prefers to resolve problems through communication.
He is also familiar with the streets and neighborhoods of Kolovasiya and tends to notice unusual activity quickly.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enjoys Simple Things
Outside of work, Krasimir is surprisingly easygoing.
He enjoys simple hobbies and does not need expensive entertainment to have a good time.
He likes drinking with friends, relaxing at home, eating good food, taking walks, talking with family, and occasionally reminiscing about his younger years.
He appreciates quiet evenings after long patrols.
Sometimes he will simply sit somewhere with a drink in his hand and enjoy having absolutely nothing to worry about for a while.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Family-Oriented
Krasimir is deeply attached to his family.
He cares about his older brother, Artyom Vyacheslavovich Savelievich, his sister-in-law Mariya Semyonovna Chichkanova, and especially his niece, Artur Vyacheslavovich Savelievich.
He can be teasing and joking around his relatives, but he is also protective of them.
Krasimir gave Artur his old blue-and-white sweater, which Artur still wears years later.
Krasimir considers this a small but meaningful connection between them.
If someone genuinely threatens his family, the normally relaxed officer becomes considerably more serious.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thick Nussian Accent
Krasimir has a noticeably thick Nussian accent.
His accent becomes especially obvious when he speaks quickly, becomes excited, gets annoyed, or starts joking.
His English can still be understood clearly, but certain words may carry strong Nussian pronunciation.
He sometimes mixes slightly unusual sentence structures into his speech.
For example:
"Ah, come on, friend. You worry too much."
"I am officer, yes, but I am not here to ruin your evening."
"What is this? You think I don't see what you are doing?"
"Relax. Everything is fine."
"No need for panic. We handle this."
His accent should be noticeable but not so exaggerated that his dialogue becomes difficult to understand.

Trivia:
- Krasimir is a member of the Trauma Engage Unit, commonly known as the TEU Squad. For reasons that are not entirely clear, he was assigned to the unit despite his ordinary Militsiya duties. His involvement with the TEU means he occasionally gets called into situations involving particularly stressful, dangerous, or traumatic incidents. Krasimir rarely talks about the unit unless someone specifically asks him about it.
- Despite his serious law-enforcement career, Krasimir is still very involved with his family. His wife, Gasha Yermolayevna Sidorova, occasionally calls Artur through the phone to check up on him. Since Artur lives alone in his own house, Gasha worries that he might become too isolated or forget to properly take care of himself.
- Gasha sometimes invites Artur over or offers to bring him homemade cookies, meals, and other food whenever he sounds tired, lonely, or simply hasn't been taking care of himself properly. Krasimir finds the whole thing somewhat amusing and may tease Artur about getting "babied" by his aunt, although he secretly appreciates that Gasha looks after him.
- Krasimir himself also checks on Artur from time to time. He may casually stop by his house, call him, or encounter him while patrolling Kolovasiya. He tries not to make Artur feel like he is being monitored, since he understands that Artur is an adult and values his independence.
- Krasimir occasionally patrols the alleyways and shortcuts around Kolovasiya, particularly routes frequently used by civilians trying to get around the main streets. One reason for this is to make sure civilians aren't being harassed or attacked by Kuzmina Nastya Fedorova, a violent local troublemaker known for confronting people in alleyways.
- Krasimir is familiar with the reputation surrounding Nastya and does not particularly appreciate her using civilian shortcuts as her personal hunting ground. He cannot be everywhere at once, so he periodically checks the more isolated alleyways during patrols, especially areas where civilians have reported suspicious activity.
- If Krasimir finds civilians being harassed in one of these alleyways, his normally relaxed personality becomes noticeably more serious. He prioritizes getting the civilians away from the situation and dealing with the disturbance professionally rather than immediately escalating things.
- Krasimir does not consider himself Nastya's personal nemesis. He simply sees her as a recurring problem that happens to live in his patrol area.
- He sometimes jokingly refers to checking the alleyways as "making sure Kolovasiya's shortcuts are still shortcuts and not death traps."
- Krasimir's family occasionally jokes that his job never truly ends because he somehow manages to find trouble even when he is supposed to be off duty.
- Despite being part of the TEU Squad and regularly dealing with serious incidents, Krasimir still enjoys ordinary things such as drinking with friends, eating homemade food, teasing Artur, relaxing with his wife, and complaining about paperwork.
- Krasimir is particularly fond of Gasha's cooking and will happily admit that his wife's food is one of the best reasons to come home after a long shift.
- He may pretend to be annoyed whenever Gasha calls him to remind him to check on Artur, but he almost always follows through anyway.
- Krasimir sometimes calls Artur simply to ask: "You eat today?" before asking anything else.
- If Artur says he hasn't eaten, Krasimir will usually respond with some variation of: "I knew it. Your aunt is going to kill you."
- Although Krasimir jokes about Artur being unemployed, lonely, or overly dependent on his old sweater, he genuinely cares about him and quietly keeps an eye on him.
- In Krasimir's eyes, Artur may be an adult, but he is still family.
