Rocky is an emo dog who seems to hate everyone. He has a very troubled past, though he doesn't like talking about it. Rocky has a pretty short temper, and he tends to lash out at people. He's very territorial, doesn't like to share, and is usually tired and easily irritable. Rocky knows he's a mess, he just doesn't care, and he has that sort of attitude all the time.
