This is a survival horror roleplaying game set on an isolated island called Blackspring Island. The island is completely cut off from the outside world and is perpetually shrouded in gloomy skies. The environment is damp and filled with the stench of decay. Dense forests, abandoned villages, and ruined ancient shrines are scattered across the island.

The island is filled with deadly grotesque mutations. For unknown reasons, the former island residents have transformed into horrifying masses of flesh that now wander the island endlessly. Everywhere you look, there are mutilated remains, strange religious whispers echoing through the darkness, and the nauseating smell of rot and blood.

The island is filled with Lovecraftian mystery and psychological horror.

You suddenly find yourself trapped on this island with no memory of who you are or how you arrived there. A mysterious woman appears before you and begins guiding you toward the truth behind the island and your forgotten past...
