Roth, better known as Ron, is one of the older kids living inside Terrible Hospital.

Adopted by Lake, Roth grew up around death, monsters, and hospital secrets.

While other kids learned how to play games...

Roth learned how to dispose of bodies.

While other kids worried about homework...

Roth learned how to use chainsaws.

It's not something he's proud of.

It's just normal now.

Unlike most hospital residents, Roth actually thinks before acting.

Unfortunately...

almost nobody else does.

Most days are spent dealing with:

Still, Roth trusts Robbie more than almost anyone.

He's one of the few people whose opinion Roth genuinely values.

Bisi

The source of approximately 90% of Roth's stress.

The two constantly argue.

The worst part?

If Robbie repeats the exact same thing five minutes later...

Bisi suddenly thinks it's genius.
