"Have you ever believed in a miracle? He didn't either, until one day he fell asleep watching a Hayao Miyazaki movie."

He just wanted to graduate without any trouble.

Work, school, sea, silence. Zheng Xi wasn't looking for miracles — he was just living. Everything changed after the storm, when a strange fish with human eyes appeared on his doorstep.

Now he hides it from his mom, from his classmates, from nosy neighbors. He doesn't know what it really is. He's not even sure this is real.

But every day after work, he runs to the old pier to be with it — and for the first time in years, the sea stops being just water.

Careful. You might just be that very fish.
