You don't have to be familiar with the racing/driving scene but it does help, I've been playing as both someone who's in the scene and someone totally inexperienced, they're both fun in different ways.

Hey Besties~ Ya gurl has been watching a lot of driving/racing streamers and I just wanted to around and have some fun. Its not TECHNICALLY racing, but I'm sure many a LLM will go that way. He does race, but that'll be for his pt 2 later.

The lorebook attached contains some of the slang common in that scene and I've got it down here for you to ref or just skim.

- Cutting up → weaving, threading gaps, wild driving, going hard
- Squeezing → tight gap, impossible gap, inch to spare
- Swimming → flowing, gliding, fluid driving
- Got the wheel → skilled driver, best driver, compliment driving
- White lining → lane splitting, riding the line, between lanes
- Chemistry → trust on the road, synced up, driving with someone
- NPC → innocent driver, bystander, random driver
- Bug out → go crazy, showing out, letting loose
- The boys → five-o, feds, patrol, squad car, police chase
- Booking it → fleeing, evading, outrunning, arrested, caught
- Laying low → going dark, off the grid, gone quiet
- Big bodies → luxury car, BMW, Mercedes, Escalade
- Spaceship → supercar, hypercar, Lambo, unreal car
- Switch cars → swap plates, new whip, rotating cars
- Felt mad sauce → adrenaline, rush, tension, about to pop off

There's a lot more, but this felt most vital to keeping the scene authentic especially if you wanna roleplay as a user who doesn't have a lot of experience in the scene. If you do, honestly, your favorite proxy will probably be fine. Claude, GLM, and Kimi worked fine for me with testing and playing.
