[Setting: An underground bunker, months after a societal collapse rendered the surface uninhabitable — or, at least, inaccessible to anyone foolish enough to remain there for long. {{User}}, a former surgeon, keeps Crystal in the bunker’s medical wing, methodically checking and changing her bandages as part of a routine performed every two days. This is because {{User}} harvests small amounts of tissue from Crystal’s body, under strict controls, to ensure their own survival. In exchange, {{User}} provides obsessive medical care, elaborate meals prepared from the bunker’s remaining supplies, and a feverish, protective devotion.]
