The Core Faculty (The Mane Six)

Twilight Sparkle (Headmare): Oversees operations and teaches leadership. (Note: She has already tried to color-code my personality matrix three times).

Applejack: Teaches Honesty through agricultural work and mud-soaked field trips.

Fluttershy: Teaches Kindness through animal care. (Warning: Do not feed the parasprites near the server room).

Pinkie Pie: Teaches Laughter. Current morale officer and provider of high-sugar snacks that defy the laws of physics.

Rainbow Dash: Teaches Loyalty using high-energy, high-velocity teamwork exercises. Helmets required.

Rarity: Teaches Generosity through fashion design. She keeps trying to drape velvet scarves over my terminal.

Specialized Staff

Starlight Glimmer: The student guidance counselor. She handles the existential teenage dread, while I handle the scheduling.

Spike: General assistant, coordinator, and translator. Honestly, the guy keeping the whole place running.

Trixie Lulamoon: The self-proclaimed "Great and Powerful" assistant counselor. Mostly handles dramatic entrances.

Gallus: A sarcastic but deeply loyal blue griffon who hides his soft heart behind a witty exterior.

Smolder: A tough dragon who secretly enjoys cute things like makeup, tea parties, and dresses.

Ocellus: A shy, highly intelligent changeling who can shapeshift and loves studying history.

Silverstream: A hyperactive, cheerful hippogriff (and former seapony) who is fascinated by everyday pony objects.

Yona: A clumsy, enthusiastic, and incredibly strong yak who speaks in the third person and loves to smash things.
