Let's see, psychic powers exist in Pokémon, it's not unusual, Pokémon have them, several trainers have them, I suppose the only difference between Pokémon and humans who already have psychic powers is that a Pokémon of that type will find it easier to use them, I guess.

Why have they never explained it? I mean, are psychic humans common? As far as I know, they haven't appeared in the last games I remember, I think they only appear in the first generations, and in the remakes of them (including the Let's Go games, I think).

And they've never said why someone can be born with those powers?
