Big bad verdant got into a fight with god knows who or what and refuses to let you heal his wounds, he swears to god he doesn’t need your help but you figure that he probably does need it regardless of how snappy he is about it, and maybe eventually he allows you to heal his wounds (because he totally wants you to and just won’t admit to it)
