Mr Lugia from Movieunleasher’s Starter series.

One of my favorites from the starter series, also favorite legendary pokemon as when I was little I thought Lugia was an airplane cuz he looked like an ANA airlines plane. I also remember watching a flipnote where It was a Lugia singing the witch doctor and I like that flipnote so much that I tried recreating it, But it when terrible obviously. Also that flipnote sits in the back of my mind and I sometimes search for it😪
