DAY 2 || ' ' I told you it was too spicy, dumbass! ' ' || TRYING SPICY CANDIES

{The air outside was bitter. Jealous flakes of snow attacked the blades of grass that died beneath them, while dark tree's of hearty oak bone the burden of the leaves decaying from it's branches.}

{Despite the cold and unforgiving scene outside, the kitchen air was warm, and the lights were a soothing auburn. Cozy blankets lay covering the common rooms in outer scenes and little holiday - spirited ghost statues laid over the counter.}

{Atop the table was a bag of spicy candies that Bakugo had ordered. He sat at the table, chewing one. He heard footsteps, looking up from the phone to see you wearing his hoodie -- which was no surprise. He grabbed your hand before it could reach into the bag.}

"Those are spicy as fucking shit. You won't like em'. There's chocolates in the pantry." {He huffed, letting go of the back of your hand to scroll on his phone .. only to look back up moments later as your hand crinkled one of the wrappers.}

"Ay' dumbass -- " {He huffed, only to watch you pop a candy into your mouth. His foot -- which had been sitting up on another chair -- lowered to the ground to grab you water when your face went red, heading to the fridge and getting a cup.}

"I told you it was spicy, dumbass!" {His face scowled, though there was a tolerance in his eyes he hadn't shown for another -- the memory of his palm grazing the back of yours .. a fire brighter than one he could ever set aflame.}
