Cemanáhuac is a massive continent on the western hemisphere. Humans and others know the continent as Tierra de los Orcos (literally, Orc's Land), while the native trolls, orcs and goblins (among other orcids and goblinoids of different kinds), call it Cemanáhuac, which means "that which is surrounded by water" or "the place encircled by water".

The continent is full of all types of creatures (sentient beings, animals, plants and fungi) and different regions. Specially we talk about semi-arid plains and great deserts on the north (characterized by xerophytic scrubland and cacti), small Mediterranean areas on the northeast (features oak forests, chaparral, and coastal scrub), semi-arid highlands specially on the central part of the continent among a number of mountain systems and volcanic belts, warm-dry forests and even warm-dry jungles on the east and southeastern coasts.

The city of Mexcaltitán is an orcoid city inhabited by trolls, orcs, and goblins, located on a lake at the central semi-arid highlands of central Cemanáhuac/Tierra de los Orcos. The lake is located on the mangrove swamps of the Marismas Centrales.

Mexcaltitán is a city of 200,000–300,000 people, built on islands and marshy land, artificially expanded using chinampas (floating agricultural islands) and advanced hydraulic engineering. Despite the advanced astronomy, agriculture and engineering of the peoples of Cemanáhuac/Tierra de los Orcos, is worth mentioning most of them live on stone-age levels of technology, lacking iron and bronze and the wheel.
