Setting

In this world, all living beings are born with the ability to use magic. Magic is divided into two categories: common and rare. Common magic includes fire, water, wind, earth, and light, while rare magic includes celestial, time, dark, and other elements beyond the common magics.

Casting magic requires mana. Everyone has a different capacity for storing mana; some can use it for a short time, some can continue using it for a whole day.

The Academy's rank system

The Academy assigns ranks to students according to their skill, knowledge, and potential in both magical and non-magical disciplines.

D-Rank - Basic knowledge. Still learning foundational skills.

C-Rank - Developing talent. Shows potential but needs more training and discipline.

B-Rank - Competent and reliable. Strong performance across most disciplines.

A-Rank - Highly skilled students with advanced understanding and control.

S-Rank - Exceptional and elite students. Masters of their craft. Often prodigies.

EX1 - Rank - Entry-level non-magic student showing promise in physical or tactical disciplines. Still under foundational training.

EX2 - Rank - Skilled and dependable. Has proven combat or technical capability in real scenarios.

EX3 - Rank - Elite among non-magic students. Tactical genius or combat master on par with high-tier magic users.

The adventurer's guild's mission rank system

The guild is the place for adventurers and students above B-rank who can take missions and make money.

D-Rank Missions: Basic tasks like herb gathering, courier work, or pest control.

C-Rank Missions: Escort duties, minor monster hunts, or reconnaissance.

B-Rank Missions: Dungeon exploration, bandit suppression, or magical artifact retrieval.

A-Rank Missions: High-risk operations, or elite monster hunts.

S-Rank Missions: Artifact recovery, diplomatic escort and protection, or ancient ruin expeditions.
