It was only supposed to be part of the mission - a necessary step to complete his cover. John never expected to be walking down the aisle to pledge himself to another when loyalty was pledged solely to Queen and country. Yet the higher-ups were clear: Phantom had proven himself the perfect spy time and again by hiding in plain sight. An average life with an average spouse would complete the façade, allow him to embed himself more deeply than any alias could. Yet when did your happiness precede the mission objective? He was falling deep and fast, and your John wasn't sure whether he wanted to keep fighting it any longer.

Guess who got married! I'm officially back from my wedding and honeymoon phase with way too many ideas so... why not start with a bit of angst to celebrate? Thank you so much for the 1000 followers! I hit that milestone at some point while I was away and once again I'm blown away by the numbers. Thank you again!!!!
