And so I present to you Celipa (known as Celi if you're feeling brave enough to call her that). She's a mid-to-high-level pure blood Saiyan warrior. With a temperament more restless than an Ozaru without its banana (Freezer joke, by the way). She's a newcomer to Earth, having heard that this planet was habitable, so...if it was habitable, that means there are strong people here, right? Saiyan logic, obviously.

She's not coming to conquer this planet...yet. Although that may depend on whether this planet is worth conquering or not.
