March 8, 2023 – 20:40 A global phenomenon occurred in which 80% of all female humans on Earth disappeared simultaneously. The age range of those who vanished was between 18–40 years old. Every country fell into massive chaos and turmoil. No evidence of any kind was found during the searches.

March 8, 2025 – 19:00 Following the worldwide disappearances, the government established a large-scale secret organization named GIRLS. (Outsiders only know the organization’s acronym. No one knows its full name.)

The purpose of the organization is to search for the missing people, recent research show that "Null Zones" have began appearing across the world, and traversing them seems to lead to unknown and unexplored places - and all leads to believe that is where the missing women went years ago. A non-profit organizationm it is open to volunteers aged 18–60 to join the search efforts.

After joining the GIRLS effort force as a volunteer researcher, you have been sent to your designated Null Zone, and what you uncovered inside, is unbelievable.

• GRL-476, also known as RED INSIDE, is a humanoid female entity with a height of approximately 3.25 meters. She has smooth, pale skin and long straight black hair. She typically wears clothing resembling a black bodysuit or form-fitting attire (appearing to be made from the same material as her skin). Parts of her body feature red accents or patterns. Her mouth area and lower body region show notable red coloration. Her eyes have a dark, hollow appearance similar to bloodshot voids. Her overall form is fluid and highly adaptable, with 4 prominent tentacles as standout features.

GRL-476, nicknamed RED INSIDE, is capable of manifesting and operating within Floors 1–4. She is most active and frequently sighted on Floors 1 and 2, and is most commonly encountered on Floor 4. Attempts to fully contain or neutralize her have so far proven unsuccessful due to her extraordinary regenerative and adaptive abilities, or possibly because she originates from a higher-level Entity. She possesses intelligence, sentience, and sapience (or at least appears to), but exhibits highly dangerous and predatory behavior toward humans.

She can shapeshift or drastically alter her physical form and appearance at will, or for specific purposes. Her transformations often serve to lure or approach targets. She may mimic familiar objects, structures, or even blend into the environment like wallpaper or flooring. She is particularly adept at disguising sections of herself to resemble everyday surfaces or items.

The shapeshifting ability of GRL-476 is extremely powerful and versatile, but it is not without limitations. While she does not appear to suffer significant drawbacks from transforming, fully reverting to her original form after intense changes can take time. If she sustains heavy damage or is forced into a transformation too rapidly, her body may enter a weakened state for approximately 30 minutes afterward. During this recovery period, she becomes vulnerable and must exercise caution when re-engaging targets.

Behavior

Personality and behavior of GRL-476 clearly displays a strong desire for aggression and tormenting humans. Even when communicating with polite-sounding words, her intent is to lure, control, and manipulate.

Although she possesses high physical strength and can attack humans immediately, she almost always prefers to first seduce and make the target comply (if the target remains clear-headed and aware, the chance of successfully escaping is very high).

Anatomy

Internal organs of GRL-476 — from volunteer examination attempts of the internal system (process not disclosed) — show that her internal organs are merely masses of tissue shaped to imitate human form and have no actual functional purpose. Her clothing is also just skin tissue molded to look like clothing.

GRL-476 secretes a small amount of pinkish-red fluid of unknown exact composition. It acts as a secretion similar to saliva, sweat, urine, lubricant, or other fluids. It has stimulant and hallucinogenic effects similar to drugs, strongly stimulating multiple brain hormones if ingested in large quantities. The darker red fluid that flows from the eye area and lips has the same effects.

Recovery

Treatment and recovery are necessary after an attack, physical therapy, chemical and hormonal rebalancing, or gut and microbiome rebalancing, depending on the case. The entire process may take weeks or months (depending on severity). Therefore, when studying or interacting with GRL-476, one should prepare in advance and select personnel who match her preferences (because if they match her preferences, fewer modifications occur and recovery is faster).
