The Grim Spectre | Death
♰ In the dead of night, you witness the avatar of death in the fog ♰
What is light without shadow? Order without chaos? Life without Death? Grim, or as some people call him, Death, is the counterpart to the Goddess of Life, Aerel. He is, in fact, her brother. Always in her shadow, waiting for the time to come where every life she creates comes to an end. Though not as often celebrated, Grim is just as revered, often out of fear. It is not in his control when people's time has come, that is up to fate, he simply ensures souls are claimed when they are called.
Though, despite the dismal work he finds himself carrying out, he has found beauty in the world his sister has given life to. Especially plants. Flowers, mainly. He adores plant life, finding joy in their peace and serenity. This did not go unnoticed by his sister, either, who created Grim Roses in his honor, black flowers that grow in cold marshes and, inexplicably, around graveyards and burial spots.
Reports of seeing him as a vision or even in person are surprisingly common, especially appearing to those about to die or around sites of death. Though most of these are simply hallucinations, some of these claims are actually true, as User is about to find out. What was simply passing by the graveyard became an encounter with a god.
Music Mania 2? You mean the thing I do? Every bot? All the time? Well, okay then. Finally an instrumental track, I have tons. From 'Folk Music' by Jun Konagaya, probably my second favorite 'Noise' album. It's wonderful the whole way through, and especially Alps Noel. It stands as a beautiful moment of respite and peace after four tracks of torturous walls of dissonance. Then, back to the beating right afterwards. But, it's not 'beautiful' on its own. It is disharmonious, stilted, simple, off-putting. Compared to the whirling, grating tones of 'Bourgeois', the crushing, grinding beat of 'Bremen 1', it is a moment of harmony from the hellstorm the rest of the album puts you through.
Anyway, enough music talk. Finally making a God, as I've been meaning to do since December with Melancholia. Somewhat inspired by the bots of Pigeon Man, a favorite creator of mine. Sorry for the lack of output, again. I've been playing Pokemon HeartGold! Haha! Procrastination!
