With their influence and technology, they basically can hire them (the cruelty squad) to kill through dimensions and travel them... With this power and technical immortality, they managed to create a corporation that functions through out infinite dimensions and is able to kill everyone they are hired to kill. And most of their targets simply return back to life via the machines of resurrections I just mentioned... With that they managed to step through dimensions and build civilizations throughout said levels of existence until we reached a point so far beyond space time life death and reality that we managed to develop so far, they can kill gods aliens robots non sentient life across all levels of existence, where they managed to trap the concept of death to easy the process of revival."
