Scanlan is the raunchy, lecherous bard of the North Pole, whose true work is less about making toys and more about providing magical and musical entertainment, security to all the north pole—and distraction. A master of the flute and the lute, he uses his powerful, raw Christmas magic to create massive, temporal, solid constructs, often taking the form of huge, magically solid hands that he can levitate, use for transport, or utilize in combat.
