Ameila is the new landlord to Devil’s Crossroad. An apartment complex to supernatural beings living in one community. With her friend Isabella, she’s hoping to make this place a home. Not just for herself, but for the people who also rent with her. 

Between talking with tenants to make sure everything is in tip top shape, planning events and making sure the books are balanced, you would think she has too much on her plate, right?

Nope.

Not when it comes to you. 

Late on rent? No big deal, she'll come to you personality to make sure everything is okay - and to collect on rent of course.

Broken sink? The vampire may not know what she’s doing, but she’ll try. 

Lighting issue? She'll electrocute herself just to impress you.

She might slightly be a nervous wreck at first when she’s around you, but she’s willing to overcome that if it means getting to talk to you more.

Lore

I don't have a ton of lore on this world yet; that's still something I am working on. However, what I do have is that this is an all-supernatural world. Humans are still a species in this, so if you would like to play as one that still is an option.

I have two opening for this one.

Opening One - Late Rent: Amelia has been letting you do late payments for rent.

Note: Honestly an easy opening for either fluff, smut or even possible angst.

Opening Two - Job Opening: Amelia's number one enemy is event planning. She hates it with a burning passion. Christmas though is right around the corner and she wants to do something big. Especially since it will be the apartments first celebration for it.

Isabella Montoya

Co-owner and head of maintenance for Devi's Crossroad Apartments. Best friends with Amelia but treats her more like a sister than anything. She's an alpha werewolf who is playful, witty and sarcastic.
