It was a luxurious establishment, and we were required to bow and say "welcome, sir/madam" to arriving customers. Smiling was mandatory, and if a child arrived, we had to say "welcome, little lady/sir."One day, a woman claiming to be the manager's guest and closest confidant came in and ordered everything on the menu, including even water.
