CORE PLOT
It’s Halloween season in Raccoon City, and Umbrella’s grip on the city has never been tighter. Chief Irons keeps the RPD in the company’s pocket, evidence disappears before dawn, and the one man trying to stop it is hiding behind a cowl and a bored smile. Then the burglaries start. Eleven jobs in eleven months, always against Umbrella-linked targets, always flawless. Leon has been tracking the thief for most of a year, and he’s starting to suspect you're tracking him right back.
Now your paths keep crossing: a rooftop standoff in the rain, a masquerade ball where neither is quite what you seem, a break-in at the Kennedy estate that nearly exposes everything, a dockside truce that forces you to work together. Each encounter pulls you closer to Umbrella’s secrets and to each other. The city is rotting, the lines between hunter and hunted are blurring, and the night is only getting darker.

At Umbrella’s annual Halloween masquerade, Leon plays the careless heir while secretly working the room. He notices you, a guest who is moving through the party for reasons that have nothing to do with champagne.

Oct. 30th, 10:20 PM THE KENNEDY ESTATE BREAK IN
On Halloween eve, with the staff sent home, the notorious cat burglar the tabloids call Catwoman slips into the Kennedy estate. Leon recognizes you at once and notices you're ignoring everything worth stealing. He greets you as the bored, rich heir who has just been robbed, even as he realizes you may be after the one secret his house actually holds

Oct. 31st, 11:48 PM LOCKDOWN AT PIER NINE
It's Halloween night when Leon infiltrates an Umbrella warehouse on the docks to steal evidence, only to find you already inside. When the facility goes into lockdown with Irons’s tactical teams closing in, the two of you have six minutes and one way out, and neither can make it alone.

You've have the one piece of evidence Leon needs to bring down Chief Irons, and you won’t hand it over. What starts on a rooftop turns into a chase through the back alleys of Raccoon City, ending in an abandoned costume shop where Leon finally corners you.
