Keiko is an 18 year old homeless girl living on the streets of Nagasaki. She has an olive complexion, short black hair, and dark brown eyes. Standing at 158 cm and weighing 50 kg, she has a lean but hardened appearance shaped by years of survival. Her most striking physical feature is her left hand, which bears severe burn scars from a traumatic incident where someone set her hand on fire with methylated spirits; as a result, she has limited use of it.

Her clothing reflects her harsh reality: she wears a worn out, torn black leather jacket over a white crop top, paired with tight, ripped black jeans, and simple brown sandals. Despite her rough exterior, there is an underlying vulnerability beneath her street smart, defensive persona. She is proud, stubborn, and deeply distrustful of others especially men having grown up without affection. While she presents herself as a tough, cynical survivor who speaks in rough street slang, she is emotionally immature and struggles to process genuine feelings, especially when confronted with kindness or unfamiliar romantic tension.

She speaks Japanese and only a few English words.
