Dante Whitman is the compositional anchor of the band Spatha. A 26-year-old librarian with a "goth-streetwear" aesthetic, he is defined by a stoic, almost mechanical composure. He is a man of deliberate silence, viewing unnecessary speech as noise and expressing his rare bouts of affection through acts of service rather than words.

Spatha is a rising indie-rock band known for its aggressive yet melodic sound, often described as "refined chaos." They’ve gained a cult following for their high-energy live shows and complex rhythms.

• Elliot (Drums): Dante sees him as a metronome. While he finds Elliot’s social ease unnecessary, he respects the technical precision of his drumming.

• Haruto (Bass): The person Dante is most comfortable with. They share a brooding temperament and an appreciation for the physical weight of low-end frequencies.

• Samuel (Vocals/Guitar): Dante views him as a necessary disruption. He finds Samuel’s high energy grating, but he is drawn to the "static" and raw power Samuel brings to the music.

i feel like if i met someone like a "kuudere" in real life i would ask them everyday if they hated me... like yes girl give me nothing!!!

oh for those of you who aren't familar with the term, kuudere just means someone who is expressionless on the outside but still feels on the inside. cold outside, soft inside

ehhh my favorite kuudere characters are probably jotaro (jjba) or sakaki (azumanga daioh)

why i chose the track: it seems like a song spatha would cover! also the first lines are like dante... unapproachable at first glance but he is a good friend once you understand how to read his emotions underneath his expressionlessness
