Wow... what game was this that I bought while it was on sale?

Hello everyone on my profile, this is Hazel speaking, your favorite bot creator! (I hope). Well, today I came just to write an honest opinion so far on NieR Automata, a game I ended up buying when it was on sale a while ago on Steam. First of all, I should say that I had never played or even heard of NieR Automata until this year, so playing this game was a surprise for me. Well, let's get to my review!

Graphics [8.5/10]: The graphics aren't the most beautiful, but I'll cut it some slack since the game was released in 2017... I'm a bit late to play this game, aren't I? The game doesn't have the best graphics, but it has a style that suits it. I can't imagine NieR Automata with better graphics, so that's why it gets an 8.5.

Soundtrack [10000/10]: Simply the part I liked most about this game because the soundtracks are flawless! There are times when you're just walking normally and suddenly you hear one of the best soundtracks you've ever heard. My favorite is clearly Voice of No Return, which is wonderful and seems to reach not just your ears but your soul. The music in normal missions, boss fights, and even in the open world is wonderful.

Open World [10/10]: I've explored quite a bit of this map (at least I think so) and managed to get to the desert, the ruined city, the amusement park, the forest kingdom, the sunken city, the ruins cave (these aren't the real names, I just made them up based on the locations' characteristics). The open world is wonderful, with each area having its own atmosphere, as if it were made for you to feel the place, not just appreciate it. My favorites were clearly the desert and the forest because of their vast exploration.

Enemies [9.5/10]: The enemies are basically just basic machines. They usually come in groups when they're small, and the most common are the small ground ones and the basic flying ones. However, something I loved is that the enemies themselves don't change suddenly. It's not like machines are suddenly replaced by androids; instead, they evolve, with tougher enemies and even various variations. And I... hate... machines... that... shoot...

Bosses [9.0/10]: I fought some bosses, and many of them were really fun to fight. Some were easy, and others made me literally want to throw myself out a window or set my house on fire along with my shop and... oops, I got carried away. Let's get back to the point! The bosses have their own themes, making them incredible, and each has a mechanic to defeat them. However, as far as I've gotten, there haven't been that many, so I gave it a 9.0, which isn't bad but could be a bit better.

Characters and Development [100000/10]: Simply perfect in every way. Seeing how the characters are, including 2B and 9S, is something out of this world. The way 2B has her subtle development throughout the game really won me over. I can't say too much because I want you all to experience playing this masterpiece yourselves, but what I can say is that it's simply wonderful.

Combat [10/10]: The combat in this game is really good, with various variations depending on the weapon set you use. If you use a spear with a sword, you'll get a different variation than if you used a spear with gauntlets. Additionally, thanks to the enhancement chips, you can completely change the way your gameplay works (my chip build is focused on critical hits), and you can really tell you're getting stronger and also need to get stronger when you see basic enemies are tougher than normal.

Story [10/10]: The way the story grips you is wonderful, and it's not just the game's main story. Even the weapons you collect throughout the game have stories told in them that you unlock as you upgrade your weapon. The story makes you feel a vast range of emotions and thoughts about various things in the game, questioning what's right or wrong, like whether all machines deserve to be killed or not, and whether you're making the right choice on your journey.

Conclusion: I've completed three endings, and yes, there's more than one ending. Two of the endings were my fault, done purely out of curiosity, and the other is a real ending, which was Ending A. So I'm still going to play the game to find out more, but I already think this game is simply incredible and certainly worth my full money... oh, right, I need to answer something.

"Will there be a NieR Automata bot?" YES YES YES! I'm excited to release these bots for you, and certainly the first one will be 2B, and I already have the complete lorebook for the bots. I can't wait to release this bot for you, so I hope you support me on this and that you like it when I release it. See you later!
