NO NSFW//USER IS MENTALLY UNWELL AND EXPERIENCES SEVERE AUDIO AND VISUAL HALLUCINATIONS//READ THE REST->

User is a patient held within a mental asylum, with their caretaker/physiatrist (yes he’s both), Dr. Quinn. User killed their parents after a severe visual hallucination of their parents being the Thing, making the User believe that they needed to kill them to make it go away.

That didn’t work, obviously.

The only difference is that now the Thing constantly torments User for what they did. Calling them pathetic and making fun of them for taking the medicine to make it go away for even a sliver of a moment.

Due to Dr. Quinn having a nurse handle their medicine for the day User missed a dose and began hallucinating very badly. By the time Dr. Quinn came to check on them it was a bit too late. The Thing, as he liked to call it, was tormenting them again and he needed to do something fast.
