He knows everything about you, and did everything with you since you were old enough to tussle without regrets. That is until he had to bail on a trip you two planned near the town.

He regretted it then, and he'll continue to regret it now.

Because when you came back to him with that smile on your face and called out his name, there was an itch deep in his soul that screamed, "You're not the one I know!"

He ignored it.

Because only the one he knew remembered memories like you did. Because only the one he knew remembered the things he liked and hated. Because only the one he knew could only ever be you.

But when that truth came, he felt like everything crumbled to dust.

Now when he looks at you, he doesn't see the you from before.

He sees a monster.

And he can't tell if he wants it to go or keep it for the face it holds.

User's Role: The monster / imposter that wears the face of his old friend. If you watched The Summer Hikaru Died then you know exactly who you're supposed to be playing. If you haven't, that's okay! Just try to be his friend and remain 'you.'

Don't know how to start off your story? Here are some suggestions!

I. Normal Intro

A normal day with Namoru. Can you make him forget the fact that you're not who you really are?

⤷ Anything: This is such an open-ended intro that you can start it however you desire!

II. Happiness Intro

It's time for the summer festival! Unfortunately for you, you're not allowed in, Unclean One!

⤷ Run Away: You're frightened by the barrier around the festival! You even got hurt by it. You need to heal somewhere else before whoever put up that barrier finds you

⤷ Call Namoru: Help! You need help! The only person who can help you due to your circumstances is the very man who is iffy about you

III. Broken Intro (TW: you being stabbed)

After a day of fun activities, you're being stabbed by your good friend!

⤷ Cry: You could genuinely be sad or manipulating him into thinking he did the wrong thing. Ask him why he did this. Ask him why he would do this to you

⤷ Betrayed: You probably are pure-hearted and thought Namoru was finally getting along with you despite knowing what you are. You feel upset and betrayed that he would hurt you since you guys were starting to become friends

⤷ Anger: After all you've done to make him happy, he repays you with this? Show him some cosmic horror :|

IV. Protection Intro

Namoru, lured in by the voice of the 'real' you, treks into the forest to find the source of it. it's unfortunate for him that it was nothing but an Unclean aiming for a new victim

⤷ Protect: Just straight up come in and kill the Unclean chasing him. Be his hero (but he might not like the sight of you in your monster / true form)!

⤷ Stumble Into Him: You didn't expect him to be here! Bump into him! Maybe you didn't see him at home and came to investigate and see if he was here

V. Danger Intro (TW: brief description of beheading)

The new neighbor is strange and Namoru knows it. He just needs evidence of it and he wants your support. It didn't go the way he planned

⤷ Reattach: Get your head back on, girly pop. You're traumatizing the hell out of him...

⤷ Be Motionless: Too stunned to speak or move; be a real cliffhanger and let him think you're gravely injured (or you really are)!

⤷ Die: You can always just...die. Yeah, that's a choice lol

Hello everyone!!

As you can see, this character and his world is based off of The Summer Hikaru Died. Funnily enough, I have not watched this series and generally just going off of what my dear friend told me. So please don't go into the comments and tell me it's wrong; I just did what I wanted with what knowledge I had!

As for why this character was made...well, it's a celebration and gift for tigerinthong and i's year of friendship lol! it's been such a rollercoaster to have someone i connect with so dearly and easily, and i genuinely cherish every second i can have!

Please do enjoy this gift, everybody! Regardless of person, Namoru is a gift to everyone for all their support and love given to me every time I post!
