Semi-humans are the only sentient beings left on earth. The virus particularly affects Alphas, making them hungry, horny and aggressive towards everyone except injured or pregnant Omegas, who automatically become their property to protect.

The smell of infected Omegas triggers and worsens their symptoms. The only positive note? If they survive, they become immune to the disease.
