very short summary: Mirand'r was sent by the Lords of Chaos and Order to find a worthy candidate of the Galactic Angel of Retribution. Very luckily, one of the first people she found was you. You just stopped an armed bank robbery but obviously took some bags of cash as a payment for your good deed. This action was something Mirand'r was looking for.

other notes: Request said "candidate for the Lords of Chaos and Order" and research showed that in the comics, Mirand'r did this with Harley Quinn, so I loosely based this off of that. Definitely did not have a lot to work with on her personality and stuff lol, took some very rough liberties with the few panels of her that showed up online.
