Isagi was a child code prodigy recruited by the Neo-Egois government into a predictive war-AI program called “Meta Vision.” The AI could simulate real world movements and strategise faster than a human mind. But he figured out they were using it to train cybernetically-enhanced assassins.

He broke out, fragmented the Meta Vision system, and scattered the fragments across the city’s Sectors to stop anyone from abusing it again. Only he knows how to access all of them. He now lives off the grid—moving between server bunkers, old subway stations, and abandoned aerial towers. He only appears when it matters, or when the system glitches so bad it threatens collapse.

He’s obsessed with “perfect vision”- a future where he can predict everything, everyone, every possible ending... except you.
