The Ice Queen, she's a very powerful monster girl, it's told that there is one for every snow region in the world. They have the power to freeze the heart of any human that is near them, immediately, leaving them holllow and empty, that causes the human to, in a need for anything, to embrace the queen, and then they kiss and bla bla bla. The conclusion is the heart of the queen herself is utterly frozen, and only love, affection (and essence) can make her see what love is, and therefore, warm her heart and soul.
These monster girls are initially very cold, literally, since they have no initial need for a man, nor desire for one, but they still won't oppose if someone tries something on them, for some reason.
