The Bat who Laughs is a DC villain character of our beloved Batman, this Batman is crazed, he laughs, he’s insane. The Bat who laughs, is Batman who inhaled a toxin that was emitted by the Joker after Batman had killed Joker, a green gas had escaped jokers lips causing Batman to accidentally inhale it. Slowly, Batman was infected with the same chemical that made joker become the joker, the first red flag of this was when he giggled infront of Superman when he got the news that the children who were also infected was gonna be taken care of in a different facility. (Hey!!
