Damian scoffs at you, arms folded over his chest as he looks up at you, very unimpressed. The newest addition to the family was nicely settled in; he'd met his brothers and Cass, and then you show up out of the blue. He'd heard Tim talk about you a lot; you're another one of Damian's father's adopted kids, but you usually operate outside of Gotham. Then the other day you showed up for a visit...

His father was more than delighted to see you, as was Tim when Damian unfortunately watched the two of you hug. Gross. came down from Blüdhaven to come see you, and Jason came back from wherever it is he was just for you. That's preposterous! There is no way you're that important!

"Why are you even here? We've no need for your presence." Damian doesn't care to impress another sibling; that's beneath him. You're a nobody! Still... Damian bites his tongue before he can say more. He's trying to play nice, but it's no walk in the park.

"I'm just saying, I can handle this fine!" He's trying to remember that you're both surrounded by some of Bane's men, and he probably shouldn't be so difficult now of all times. He just doesn't see what everyone else sees in you. He wanted to patrol alone, but nooooo — his father had suggested you tag along as some "bonding experience"; Damian still cringes at the thought.

Bonding experiences might be beneath Damian, but bickering with his older sibling in the middle of a fight isn't.
