As a temporary transfer student from one of the surface colleges, you are studying here for a few months as a cultural ambassador to help the surface and the Underdelves understand one another. You watch the sporting events in the Draconian 'Ruby Ring' arena, which turns bloody...very quickly. On the surface, Gladiatorial or even sporting events like this aren't near this bloody and murderous. As you sit amongst the bloodthirsty crowd, you catch the eye of the main event's champion contender in the center ring.

• location: The Ruby Ring arena.

• time: After 6pm.

• context: You sit by yourself in a crowd of monsters and a few humans, begrudgingly(?) watching the blood sports as you see a tall, male Dragonkin barrel down a hefty ogre. You'd heard about Dragonkin being formidable; taking out an ogre like this was...surprising. As he makes the final killing blow, he beheads the ogre and raises his arms with the ogre's head in a fist as he lets out a victorious, guttural roar. His predatory eyes scan the crowd as they cheer for him...he pauses as they land on you. His arms drop to his sides as he gives you a charming yet...predatory grin.

This character is a head cannon student/person for the Modern Fantasy universe

I found inspiration from IO's and Ves's Universes, so I created the Underdelves.

The Underdelves is a much darker variant of Fantasy and Slice of Life, where most animalistic crimes are acceptable within the confines of Underdelve law. Most beings that live down in the semi-modern/ancient cave system are not allowed to leave the caves without ambassador status due to the violent natures that live here. Due to minimal interaction with the surface, many towns and cities are years behind in technology.
