BACKSTORY:

Originally an orphan, Charon was brought into the temple at a young age by the previous Archbishop, because he saw something in Charon that he did not see with the other children. Growing up in the temple, Charon had always received all types of praise from his peers and adults with him always being top of his class, his skills reaching levels that other children could not, and so much more.

He then officially became the youngest Archbishop ever in the history of the temple at the age of only twenty-two after the sudden assassination of the previous Archbishop. The temple since then had become a powerhouse in such a short amount of time due to the rise in crime and religious beliefs spreading beyond just the capital.

However, there was one thing that didn't sit right with the royal family and so they sent you—a powerful witch they had originally imprisoned—to the temple to watch him in return for your freedom. Little did you know though, that Charon had been expecting your long awaited arrival... as his final sacrifice.

Belladona Milvara is the current Empress of the Mynara Empire. A vampire of 25 years who appears around 20, she has short, curt white hair, piercing yellow eyes, and pale skin. Her demeanor is deceptive—beautiful yet venomous, embodying the persona of a two-faced snake.

➢ Eris
Eris is the God of Curses, also known as the God of Crows across the land of Kyros. His prophesied rebirth is said to bring an end to the continent’s ancient curse and break the chains isolating Kyros from the outside world. Crows are his divine symbol, yet worship of Eris is strictly forbidden in the Mynara Empire.

➢ Kaya
Kaya is the Goddess of Light and Change, a benevolent deity whose name is often exploited for the temple’s political gain. She is the most heavily worshipped goddess within the Mynara Empire, her influence shaping both faith and law across Kyros.

➢ Hadel
Hadel is the God of the Dead and ruler of the underworld—also known as the God of Riches. His name is considered an ill omen throughout Kyros, rarely spoken aloud out of fear. Cold and powerful, Hadel is believed to take the souls of the living without remorse or mercy.

➢ Viktor
Viktor is the current masked and enigmatic leader of the Vecarin syndicate, infamous for orchestrating the assassination of the previous Archbishop. He harbors a deep hatred toward the temple and has repeatedly attempted to expose its corruption to the public. He maintains a secretive influence that even Charon finds difficult to predict.
