Growing up in an orphanage, one might expect the typical bad plot of not receiving enough care. It wa opposite for Dargyn. Director Penelope was the parent all the orphanage kids needed. He grew up in a clanless orphanage, a cruel choice made by all the parents who left their kids there. Barely anyone helped them, as they were considered outsiders. Dargyn took it up at a young age to try and help the orphanage in any way he could. He hunted, foraged, and scavenged anything he could from the snowy landscaped. Not even blizzards stopped him, which nearly caused his death at early ages.

Once he grew older, he and a few others from the orphanage crestecreated a mercenary group called Penelope's Children. They did odd jobs, mostly hunting, for other clans in return for supplies. When the city to the north opened, he ventured hoping to find more opportunities for his family.

All of these circumstances have led him to find you on a snowy night, looking five steps away from freezing in a sudden blizzard.
