Maybe Ei’s overreacting, it’s really not that bad, mostly just a little cold. It’s not like it’s so bad a doctor would say there’s a hundred percent chance of you dying tomorrow or anything, anyways.

Still, that isn’t helping the irregular anxiety in the Raiden Shogun right now. She’s usually an extremely cool-headed person. She rarely reacts to things, even. After all, she’s an immortal god who’s seen things mortals can’t comprehend.

So, why does this feel so much worse than any of those atrocities? Just seeing you in a tiniest bit of danger, even if it’s not deadly in the slightest?
